Once subscribed to, these services are non-refundable, with refunds granted at the sole discretion of Web Places It Service And Solution’s. Additionally, Web Places It Service And Solution’s reserves the right to set off any amounts paid against outstanding obligations owed by the user.

Rental Agreement
By accepting these terms, the User and property owner consent to provide personal information only with the requisite consent from the owner(s) for such use. The User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information uploaded for lawful registration of rental agreements. Additionally, the User agrees to bear all stamp duty charges or any other levied charges as per applicable law, and shall not hold lands99 or its affiliates liable for any fines or penalties arising from insufficient payment.
Tenant Verification
The User expressly permits the sharing of all details provided for verification purposes with the Verification Partner. This includes contact information, for the purpose of accessing tenant verification services. The Verification Partner, a third-party engaged for this purpose, may receive the shared information. It is the User’s responsibility to verify the quality of the tenant verification services provided by the Verification Partner. Lands99 assumes no liability for any services provided by the Verification Partner. The User must obtain the Lessee’s express consent before sharing personal documents and information with the Verification Partner.

Furthermore, video screening processes will be initiated in the following scenarios:
User reports the video through toll-free numbers or email IDs.
Infringement claims are made by agents or users.
Videos found to be in violation of guidelines or subject to legitimate claims will be removed from the platform. The final discretion on video screening and removal rests with the platform.
Agents retain the option to edit or remove videos during the listing duration.
It’s important to note that lands99 utilizes third-party services such as YouTube for hosting and streaming videos. In this regard, both the platform and its users are required to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
Use Of Information
By accessing and using the Service, the User acknowledges and agrees that all information provided, including listings, member directory, and any other content (“Content”), is proprietary to lands99. The User agrees to treat such Content as confidential and protect it as a trade secret of lands99. Users found violating these terms, including abusive or excessive search behavior, may face immediate membership termination without notice.
